If the COVID-19 virus is still so dangerous, how come all these looters in Seattle and Chicago, etc are not getting it?

To recover from Coronavirus after-effects it takes up to a couple of weeks to get it, and up to 14 days for it to become bad enough that you need a hospital. But the looters in Seattle, Chicago, and some other states are outdoors in the sun, so they’re not getting an enormous virus-related load.
