Most of us are not considering about our health. With our busy lifestyles, most of the times we have missed health consideration. Health is most important thing. It can be physical or mental. What ever it is, we have to change our habits according to a healthy way. In my case, I have to sit on a chair for more than 10 hours per day for my job. No time to walk around or even breath some fresh air outside the office. In my life, what I should change is bad health habits.
