This is a genre I can't really say I have any interest in. When I was growing up, my mother let me watch whatever I wanted most of the time so I was watching Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, and all the rest before I was even 10 years old. I think I just got burned out on it. The only one in recent years I remember enjoying was the Texas Chainsaw Massacre from 2003 I think it was.

Not super into horror but I'd have to say Texas chainsaw massacre. It's what sticks out to me when I think of horror movies I've seen!

The Wailing. It's one of the only films where I watched it and then watched it immediately after. It's that wild and good. Top knotch storywriting.

The curse of La LLorna was one that scared me a bit. Other than that, I think Don't breathe is a pretty good one and the entire Insidious series because of how well all the movies are connected.

Top on my list is SAW (From 1 - 3). Next is the Wrong Turn to a dead end. These two movies may day back then. Scream also was a good one. I have watched many more, since am a fan of horror, but these stood out from the rest.

I don't personally adore horror movies , but the one that I've liked is 'Conjuring Part One' given that it gave me nightmares that continued for week after watching it.

For me it would probably be the Scary movie series that came out back in 2000. It was kind of scary mixed with comedy. I haven't seen it in a long time maybe I'll watch it for Halloween this year.
