That's a tough one to answer. My parents are still alive and I constantly worry about them. I will be devastated when they pass. I honestly can't say for sure how to cope with losing a parent. I suppose the best thing you can do, is to keep going, because that's what your parents would want you to do. That's what my parents would want me to do as well.

My parents are still around. I have lost all my grandparents though and having seen my mother and father both go through their losses, I guess the best way I can see to cope is to keep their memory alive by holding on to family traditions and spending more time around loved ones.

Its hard to survive without parents. I lost my dad when i was 16. It become hard to survive i left my studies because there's no one to support my family. I am a brother of my 4 sisters and after my dad its become my responsibility to support my mom and my all sisters

Even if it's hard at times being around people, stuck alone isn't going to be good for healing I'd imagine.
