I'd like to know the reason first. Sometimes, friends can use the other person's account for their own benefit or play pranks as such. But if that's not the reason, then I would very much want to know the purpose of such accounts and blissfully leave.

I would not tolerate that. This calls for a sitting to discuss what exactly s/he is looking for on the sites. Also, i will have to question what we are. Because it basically means they are not satisfied with what we have going on.
However, i will not be quick to end the relationship. I will first try to understand their motives and what pushed them to look for a partner online when we're already dating.

If someone is intentionally hurting me, the only healthy thing for me to do is leave. This is without a doubt a massive red flag. A relationship that triggers so much stress isn’t worth it all.
