After all, self-discipline can give us a toned physique, stronger ability, better mentality and character. But we always fall into laziness. (at least for me)

True. Self-discipline has a tone of value to ones life and well-being. But it is hard to maintain it for a long period of time. Personally, i usually start small. Self-discipline is a habit. And in order to start and keep good habits, you have to approach them slowly. First, you find a way of fitting the new habit into your existing habit. Find a way of pairing / mating them. Self-discipline requires strict adherence to small (atomic ) habits. Soon you will start doing them automatically without even thinking about them.
Also, it is important to understand from the start that in order to manage self-discipline, you will have to sacrifice a lot from your current lifestyle. You will have to let go of any "bad habits" that will prevent you from achieving the discipline you want.
