How often do you go for walks?

How often do you go for walks? In my city (as I'm sure the same with yours) there are endless amounts of walking trails/paths. I try to go for walks every day if the weather is nice outside. Even if its just a 20 minute walk thats still better than nothing.

I walk on a Daily Basis.....

Walking can be a good way for you to stay healthy. When you take up walking daily, your health can improve dramatically.

  • Mood improvement. Walking daily helps reduce depression, anxiety, and even insomnia. Bonus points if you’re walking outside with a friend. Walking in the sunlight will fight off seasonal affective disorder.

  • Weight loss and improved body composition. When you start walking daily you might begin to see yourself losing weight. Even if the scale doesn’t move much, watch for inches to slip away as your body composition improves.
  • Improved creativity. Researchers have found that going for a walk can help you come up with solutions to problems, which means your lunch break at work is the perfect time to take a walk.
  • Reduced or improved varicose veins in your legs.

I make sure I walk at least an hour every day, I get away from using auto or car and take a look everywhere and walk everywhere and it would be the most extra pleasant And that I have to have matches at the same time and at the moment my youngsters walk everywhere and don't like to go anywhere else in auto or car so I teach them the same way.

Not as often as I should. I used to walk almost daily and these days, I go for a walk maybe once a week. I want to get back into the habbit of walking every day, for at least 30 minutes. I know I feel better when I am more active. Since Covid-19, my sedentary lifestyle has gotten worse. Now thet the weather is cooling down outside, I will start walking again.

Once a week usually. Especially on Friday's when I'm finally done with work for the week
