How Many Blog Posts do you manage to write per day

To the bloggers in the house. How many blog posts do you practically manage to write in a day? I have been hitting below my target of 6 per day (1000 - 1500 words), i think i was overly optimistic when setting the target. Am considering reducing, to maybe one per week or something.

5 blog posts per day, as long as they are providing some value to the community. Remember not to drain yourself, and if you can only make up 3 posts in 3 hours, it's fine.
