How late do you sleep in?

We all like to sleep in once in a while, some more than others. How late do you sleep in? I remember back in my High school days I can sleep in until about 1 pm. Nowadays I can only sleep in until 9 am at the latest so that way I don't think my day has gone to waste. How about you?

As of the past year or so, my sleep has been all over the place. On days where I wake up a lot (most days it seems anymore), I need to be in bed for 9 or 10 hours to feel rested. This is because it takes me a good hour to fall asleep and each time I wake up which is usually 2 or 3 times a night, it takes me 20+ minutes to fall back asleep. I end up getting around 7 hours of sleep total even though I was in bed 9+ hours. This is down to back issues and pain which I am hoping to correct soon as my husband gets better insurance which will cover chiropractic care.

Same here, I normally sleep later. Around 12 - 2 am and am usually up at around 9 - 10 am. Am ok with 6 - 7 hours of sleep. Any more or less than that makes me dull and moody during the day.

  • Drink 1-8 Diet cokes and 2 cuppa coffee daily
  • Work a relaxing 80-85 hrs a week instead of the usual 100+ hrs
  • Wake up at 7, go to bed late 1am
  • Breakfast probably a good idea but usually I don't have time for that, sometimes it's made for me, but probably half the time I don't have any breakfast
  • Trying to cut down on sweet stuff
  • I probably should have like an omelette with coffee or something like that
  • 5 minute lunches during meetings, yeah, bad habit
  • Dinner is where the calories really come into play. Dinner meetings are the worst, because you can easily eat enough for 2 people, due to appetizer, main course etc. I probably eat way too much, certainly could be slimmer I think
  • I workout once or twice a week, uh, I mean, uh, well, yeah, yeah, once or twice. I should do it more often for sure.
  • 4:20 - No, I don't run through the forest. Usually just a bit on the treadmill or lifting some weights

i am freelance worker, so time is not important for me. when i feel stress then i'll go on easy and sleep. mostly i am sleeping currently 02 am or 03 am

I sleep pretty late most days, around 1-2. Fortunately with working from home I'm able to get up around 9.30 and be ready for work at 10

I haven't had a bedtime since I started working online. Sometimes I sleep at 09 pm, sometimes at 01 am at night
