 I usually categorize my tasks into four: 

  • Urgent & important
  • Important but not urgent
  • not important but should be done
  • Not urgent, not important(can be postponed)

Once i have them in these groups, i will start with the micro-tasks under Urgent & important. Those are the key tasks that makes me $$. Once done, i push the other categories up the ranks.  The i rinse & repeat.
