How do you deal with anxiety? I have had anxiety most of my life, and I find that taking a break and re-evaluating things has helped me a lot with anxiety and stress. I also try to take myself away from it all for the rest of the day, and just take time for my mental health. More people should do that to get away for awhile. Anyway, how do you deal with your anxiety?

For my case, I realized, I only get anxious when I have a lot to handle at one go. Or I have some pending tasks with strict or tight deadlines. What I do to handle it is, to divide them into chunks. Small bitesize chunks that I can easily handle in a day. It really reduces my anxiety.

I do my best to lower stress and keep a positive mindset. This helps but I still get out of the blue anxiety and panic attacks. I was having this issuer yesterday. I took a supplement that helps me with this and try to focus on something that makes me happier. It can be a lot to work through at the moment but things always get better.

I hang out with my friends to feel better. But i have a pet who keeps entertaining me and i feel a positive vibe.
