How can we make improvement if we are often late?

A very simple fix can be to set your watch a few half an hour ahead of time. I find it helpful to plan things in advance such as preparing my outfit, packing my bag and such. If you plan ahead, you can make your deadlines easily and you'll be able to be more punctual. Hope this helps.

To add to Osheena’s point, I would say if you are often late, you need to ponder on the reason why. Try and organize yourself by making a realistic schedule that allows you to finish tasks at their appointed time.

If you're often late, then figure out why you're late, and sort it out. If it's a continued thing, then there is something you need to address, so that you're no longer late. If it's just about not getting their on time, then leave earlier from now on. Or if something is stopping you, then find a way to fix that issue first. Don't let it keep holding you back and missing work, because you will get fired.

Being late is a habit. And once you notice such, all you have to do is to stop the bad habit. But again, stopping a bad habit is not easy, and even harder is forming a new/good habit. But with practice and commitment to change, you can easily get rid of such bad habits.
