When you work out, do you prefer using weights or resistance bands better? I use both but I usually use resistance bands because you can take them anywhere with you. They hold more tension when you perform exercises and that's actually more safe for your body. When I'm at the gym I use weights and when I'm at home I mostly use resistance bands.

It all depends on what your end goal is. I use weights for abs. The band doesn't align to that end goal of abs for me.

That is true although bands do let you use them for abs exercises it all depends what kind of ab exercises you are trying to to. Sometimes yes the band does not work for a certain ab exercise.
