I think it depends on the expectations I have of myself. If I'm aiming to get some things done and they're not meeting my expectations, then I'm in a class of critics where I am the object of all stares. On a general day to-day basis though? Nope.

That makes sense.

I couldn't think of that idea.

Very interesting!!

Thank you for your opinion.

I think it depends on what you're doing for a living. I wouldn't say I feel guilty. I would feel guilty when I have lots of work, but am not getting to it. I think if there's work to be done, I would feel guilty for not getting to it. But, sometimes you need a break as well, so in a way you could say when you're not busy, is your time to relax and unwind before getting back to it.

Indeed rest is necessary even if we feel guilty.Otherwise we will not be able to concentrate on things……

I am a workaholic, so yeah I get fidgety when I'm idle. It's not a good feeling, so I always occupy myself with something, a book, a movie a tutorial or something.

Being idle can become too addictive, stay busy people

When I was in school, I spent a lot of time using my work to attain validation, and so eventually, my brain formed the connection that I was only worthy when I was working. It has to lead to me feeling guilty when I'm not swamped with work to the point that I take on more work even when I don't need to. When I'm given tasks, I tend to give myself an early deadline to spend every waking moment doing something or the other. I only recently started coping with this better because I learned that having a work and life balance is of the utmost importance to live happily. There are still times when I'm sitting at home chilling with my family and feel the need to pick up some work, but I don't give in to it as much anymore.
