You can have more than one best friend.  Absolutely!  I have three myself.  Although, just because you are a person's best friend doesn't mean they're yours.  Good luck.

I think the term implies there is only one. Some people will use it like "one of my best friends" which implies a person has more than one. I kind of believe you can have a lot of close friends that you even consider to be family but you can only ever truly have one best friend and you should hope that is the person you marry.

Definitely! Friendship can happen anytime and I believe there is no such limit on having only one best friend.

You can have as many best friends as you want, provided they too feel the same way!
