I am not quite sure what to make of my first interview, because I went there with huge confidence and less preparation. I didn't see it as a do-or-die affair. I just wanted to have fun and not worry about the outcome, which I did. I knew life will go on with or without the job.    My spirit wasn't even dampened when I was told I didn't get the job a few days later, for I knew what the result was going to be anyways. My takeaway was that I had great fun and didn't let butterflies get the better of me. That set the tone for all my future interviews.

I was a tad nervous when I had my first interview years ago. Though I got the job, I quit just one year in as I felt I was barely surviving and not growing at all.
